1. Complete a Travel Request Form (online form)
2. Get Approval From Your Supervisor
3. The Admin Finance Team will work with you on your hotel, air fare, and registration for your conference.
Once you return from your workshop or conference
*Within two weeks of your return, complete a Travel Reimbursement Form. Include any receipts for hotel, parking, registration, etc. (any other expenses that you expect to receive a reimbursement).
