Cozy Game Collection

Some people find gaming to be a positive self-care activity. The Cozy Game Collection contains games on a variety of platforms that are non-violent, involve cute characters doing activities such as farming, gathering, exploring, and interacting with other characters in nurturing and helpful ways. Visit Area 49 on the library's second floor to play and checkout games in the collection.

Interactive Self-Care Module
An interactive flow chart for people who struggle with self care, executive dysfunction, and/or who have trouble reading internal signals. It's designed to take as much of the weight off of you as possible, so each decision is very easy and doesn't require much judgment. Created by Jace Harr.
My Noise
Online, free soundscapes listed by categories for different purposes or sound types with customizable settings within each soundscape. Select from noise generators, nature sounds, and ambient music to create an audio environment the works best for you.

A web based, free sound machine. Create a selection of sounds and pin them to save the setting as URL for future use or sharing.
Reflect, Reset, Recharge - Meditation Video (30 Minutes)
This recording of a live meditation session is intended to help participants slow down, reflect on the past, and refocus for. The meditation is followed by a Q&A session with teacher Dora.
